PROJECT: An energetic multi-use development in DC set in the heart of the iconic Buzzard Point district. A walkable neighborhood anchored by human-scale buildings clad in warm materials, and punctuated by a series of light-filled pedestrian passages, The Stacks eschews DC’s traditional grid, inviting the discovery of its curving and unexpected hidden lanes rich with art, experiences, and local shops.
