SCOPE OF WORK:

•  25,000 sf of custom pre-glazed unitized curtain wall by ES Windows

•  Vision and custom color frit and silkscreen spandrel insulated glass units by                      Tecnoglass

•  Insulated/laminated insulated glass units for STC rating requirements

•  2,000 sf of a custom point supported/suspended sag rod glass system outboard of          the curtain wall façade, creating a dual wall cavity as an aesthetic element to the              design as well as thermal benefits to the overall building energy model. The point          supported glass system and custom stainless steel supports is by Paragon                        Architectural Products

•  Integral motorized 6’’ blinds operated by solar controls within the ‘daul wall’ cavity          by Levolux

•  Point supported glass canopy and steel outriggers by Paragon Architectural Products

•  Wood grain ACM rain screen soffit panel systems by Cladco

•  Aluminum storefront doors with custom hardware

•  Interior aluminum storefronts and doors by Kawneer

•  Interior all glass storefronts and doors

PROJECT: The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing Addition is a $45 million expansion and renovation of its current Anne M. Pinkard building on the university's East Baltimore campus. The 65,810-square-foot design is geared toward strengthening research, graduate level education, and community engagement.
